Things take another disturbing turn during the next trip to see Doctor Bill, when the doctor doesn't even want to listen to Laura, so he has her go out to the waiting room to sit with another pregnant patient (Alison Rey) while he talks to Matthew and Grace about the pregnancy without her.As Matthew and Grace seem to grow even closer, Laura dreams of being bred by three strangers (Tommy Pistol, Robby Apples, and Codey Steele) while Doctor Bill takes notes about her fertility.
